How to Claim (Offramp) your Winnings Using Mudrex

This Article shows how to claim your rewards and offramp them - using Mudrex.

1. Installing and KYC Process (Time Taken <5min)

• Install and Sign Up:

  • Download the Mudrex app from the Play Store.

  • Sign up using your mobile number.

• Verify Your Identity:

  • Select your country and verify your email ID.

  • Provide PAN card details and complete Aadhaar verification via DigiLocker.

  

• Liveliness Check and Additional Details:

  • Perform the liveliness check.

  • Fill in the additional required details.

  

• Bank Account Verification:

  • Submit your bank account details.

  • Receive ₹1 as a verification process reward.

  

2. Claim your Rewards (Time Taken <2min)

• Get Mudrex USDC Wallet Address:

  • Search for the USDC coin on Mudrex.

  • Click on 'Deposit,' select the Polygon POS chain (very important - or else you may lose rewards), and copy the token address.

  
• Claim Rewards:

  • Use the copied USDC wallet address from Mudrex to claim your rewards on Chaquen.(Token will reflect on Mudrex between 30-40 mins generally)

  

3. OffRamp that reward! (Time Taken <40 minutes generally)

• Locate USDC:

  • In your Mudrex portfolio, locate the USDC coin.

  

• Convert USDC to USDT:

  • Sell the USDC coin to convert it into USDT.

  

• Withdrawal Process:

  • Select the withdrawal option for USDT and directly withdraw the USDT to your bank account.
